For your security and convenience, BangkokGemMart.com only accepts payments through a secured payment gateway PayPal.com and currently BankokGemMart accepts payment only through Paypal.com. Please see below the details on how to pay at BangkokGemMart.com and the policies involved. |

Please note that BangkokGemMart.com pays PayPal fees on successfully completed transactions only (i.e. no returns). |

| How to pay through paypal ? |
| Once you click "Check Out" button you'll be taken to Shipping Page where you select your prefered shipping method and confirm your Shipping details. Once completed, please click "Submit" button and you can view the summary of your order. You'll have the option to pay via Paypal at bottom of Order Summay Page. We strictly do not encourage or accept cash payments, however we accept wire transfer (Bank to Bank) and Western Union payments for customers who do not have access to PayPal.com. |

| How Does PayPal Work ? |
After you've checked out your items and signed up for a PayPal account, you will be taken to a Payment Page where can review the full details of your order. You may pay for your purchase securely and instantly using funds from your PayPal account, or you can send payment to PayPal via credit card (VISA, Discover & American Express), debit card, eCheck or bank transfer. Once payment is approved, PayPal will immediately notify us by email. The time required for payment to be approved can be different depending on the method of payment used. To check the status of your order, please login to your account and use the link 'Order Status' which will display the list of your Order ID along with Order Date, Amount and Status. Just click on the Order ID to view the details of that order.
Once recieve the payment confirmation we start processing your order and within next 24-48 hours we'll ship the order according to your preferred shipping method (FedEx, EMS & Registered Mail). Once your order is shipped, we'll send you the tracking number via Email.
